Responsibilities:
- 1.To assist the construction/project manager to plan,monitor and control daily works at the project sites.
- 2.To implement all policies,activities,procedures,instruction as relevant and required by the quality management system
- 3.To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings,specifications,construction plan,procedure,work instruction etc.
- 4.To prepare claims for sub contractors and clients.
- 5.To co-ordinate and monitor sub contractors activities at project site.
- 6.To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety pratices.
- 7.To implement project operations and document control procedures.
- 8.To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings,specifications,construction plan,procedures,work instructions and etc.
- 9.To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
